"After eating here in January, to check out the restaurant, and inquire about having a private event, we had our son and his fiancee's rehearsal dinner at Prime 374. The venue was, in my opinion, outstanding in every way. The food was delicious, the service was very good and the atmosphere was wonderful. Everyone who attended raved about all of the above. Thank you to the team at Prime 374 for making a special night so memorable. I will definitely come back to dine here again. Highly recommended."

"We honestly had to laugh because the experience was so bad. This place is supposed to be fine dining, yet the service and food were unbelievably disappointing all around. Not really sure how this place has 4.7 stars. The restaurant wasn’t even busy — maybe 10 tables max — yet it took nearly 20 minutes just to get drinks and 1 hour and 15 minutes for appetizers. We constantly had to wave the waiter down because he barely checked on us. The lobster bisque and vegetable soup were the same exact soup, except one had about three tiny pieces of lobster tossed in. My soup even had a coagulated film across the top like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for that hour and a half. The appetizers were wrong — cold clams instead of baked clams — and we got this sad “1.5 pieces of bacon” situation. Then our pasta order was wrong too. We ordered Cherry’s spicy chicken penne and got plain penne vodka instead. The steak ordered medium came out really rare. Honestly, everything was blah, which is crazy considering the bill was $650. For that kind of money, the meal and experience should’ve been incredible. And don’t get me started on the lack of landscaping. Unless that’s the vibe they are going for …rundown? Buy a lawn mower. lol! First and last time here."

"My partner and I discovered this restaurant a few months ago, decided to give it a try and loved the food. So much so we came back a second and third time. Unfortunately though, the last visit wasn’t good at all, we came, was taken to our tables and ordered water as our beverage and had to wait over 30 minutes for just that. But that wasn’t the worst part, there were times the host wasn’t busy and even looked at us, I made sure to make eye contact with him, and hadn’t come to bring us our water (tap at that). This went on longer than it should. We had to ask another host for water and another for bread being it was a bit of a drive and we were a bit hungry. The host that bought us bread, (not our initial host) was another that was kind enough to ask if we wanted some and brought us the bread and oil but our main host just kept pretending like he didn’t notice us until it got to a point where we were almost having a staring contest and had to call him out. After finally getting our order taken, we waited over 45 minutes for that just to come out, by then I had already lost my appetite because of the service. Another thing I noticed, this is the only restaurant I’ve ever been to that switches its hosts midway through serving you. The first time we came, that happened and I believe the third time as well. But the last visit is why I’m giving this place two stars. The having us wait, was most definitely intentional given there were multiple occasions where we locked eyes with our host and saw he was not doing anything at all. I mentioned to my partner that I noticed this about him the first time he served us but I believe in letting things show in a pattern before I make any speculations and our last visit confirmed it. It was very unwelcoming and impolite, will not be running back to this restaurant any time soon."

"We visited Prime 374 last Saturday night. The entire experience was phenomenal; from the delicious drinks prepared by a very knowledgable and talented bartender, to the wonderful, attentive service, to the absolutely delicious meal. The ambiance was very warm and cozy and made you feel at home. We cannot wait to go back!!"

"Should have realized when we pulled in and the grass was nearly five inches tall and full of dandelions that this was not the right choice. Reservation at 5 pm. No drinks offered until we asked at 5:40. Appetizer finally started to arrive after we were obviously looking around at 6:15. Messed up order and food was mediocre. Entrees were blah. Steak was BLUE - even manager realized it was raw. Staff stands around. Oh, the Canadian bacon appetizer- 1 1/2 slices?? What happened to the other half???? Drove too far to be so disappointed and pay so much!"
